We now harvest beans every other day, we eat as much as we can, we give them away, and we blanch and freeze ….. we freeze about the size of one can of beans so we now have two and a half cases of beans in the freezer and a half a case of green pepper slices, a half a case of diced green peppers, a half a case of chopped New mexico Big Jims, some roasted peppers and several frozen jalapenos ….
